Directions from the Tamar Bridge:
Travel to Landrake on the A38 and take the (cut the word ‘first’ please) right hand turn at the top of the hill signposted to “Blunts”. This signpost appears on the left hand side of the A38 after the overhead footbridge. Follow this road for about two miles until you have passed through Blunts and look for a left hand turn sign-posted Quethiock and St. Ive. Travel along this road for about a mile and our lane is the second turning on the right.

Directions from Liskeard:
Travel to Landrake on the A38 and take the left hand turn at the top of the hill onto Pound Lane before the overhead footbridge (Signposted for Tartendown Nurseries). Follow this road for about 2 miles, past Blunts and look for a left hand turn signposted Quethiock and St Ive. Follow this road for about two miles until you have passed through Blunts and look for a left hand turn sign-posted Quethiock and St. Ive. Travel along this road for about a mile and our lane is the second turning on the right.
